a. 业务线要内部解决功能开发的优先级,对技术的接口要唯一
b. 领导要目标清晰，有魄力、决断能力
c. 怎样提高效率就怎样部署架构
d. 开发模块要责任到人，虽然提倡大家轮岗，但是事情没有成熟之前，建议责任到人，考核指标化
